What can I expect during a treatment ?
During your first session or balance a detailed personal history is taken so I have a clear idea of the problem. Using a combination of observation, muscle testing and palpation I will gather further information about the current state of your body before applying a combination of techniques to suit your needs
It is not unusual to feel different straight away, although some people feel the changes over a few days following the treatment. Some people feel tired whilst others have a boost of energy. Your body is simply adjusting to the change. It is always recommended that you drink plenty of water following a treatment to keep the body hydrated.
I specialise in woman’s health dealing with:
- Infertility making sure the body is strong and health to carry the pregnancy
- Preparing for pregnancy
- Post pregnancy balance
- Post C-section
I have worked with hundreds of Mum in Per and Post pregnancy in Holistic Nurture Blanchardstown which is a centre or Red Tent to support First, Second and third time Mum on their pregnancy journey and the first year of been a Mum.
Can you have Amatsu if you are pregnant?
Amatsu is a gentle therapy, which is very effective throughout pregnancy. Speak to your practitioner to clarify at what stages it would be beneficial for you to visit. It can help with back pain, tension in the ligaments of the uterus, symphysis pubis and other conditions.
How soon after pregnancy can you get a balance?
All clients must be signed off by there doctor after pregnancy so I would want at least 6 weeks post pregnancy

After appraising your needs your practitioner will start the balance using a combination of soft tissue techniques including:
